Exciting things are growing with the Native Seeds Project!
We’ve had a great season tending to our native seed increase plots and now it’s almost time to collect Milkweed and Primrose seeds to support future habitat restoration efforts the Petitcodiac Watershed.
Stay tuned! We’ll soon be announcing details for an upcoming Seed Harvesting Workshop, where you’ll have the chance to learn how to identify, collect, and process native plant seeds.
Whether you’re a longtime volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, this is a great opportunity to connect with nature, gain hands-on skills, and help learn how to preserve native plant species.
