Over the summer and end of spring 2025 the PWA has been involved in multiple outreach events with the hopes to spread awareness of our goals and projects we do here in the Petitcodiac Watershed region. Throughout this summer, the PWA attended multiple different events based around environmental stewardship:
Enviro Fest by city of Moncton
- Eco Fest at Magnetic Hill zoo
- Zero Waste BBQ
- International Monarch Monitoring Blitz of Nature NB
- Fundy Biosphere Beach clean-up
- Fundy Biosphere Garbage swim
We also attended other public events around the Petitcodiac Watershed region where we were able to talk about what we do here such as

- Living labs NB Media Day
- 4 different block parties in Salisbury:
We even hosted our own public event in the Rain garden volunteer maintenance committee training day where we were able to teach volunteers about rain gardens and how to maintain them.
